But EVERY freaking time I have to reload the labels I have to download a different version of the app.
I just lost an ENTIRE DAY'S worth of work. I lost dozens of templates I had saved. I have to start OVER. And every time it's at the beginning or end of the label roll it starts printing half on one label and half on another. I lose close to labels from every roll because of it. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars. It shouldn't be this difficult. This app was working great when I first got it. After the last update, I lost all my templates, and now recreating templates is a huge hassle. Things like time, lines, and barcodes don't delete completely. As soon as I reload the template, those things I deleted re-appear.
I have to recreate a template each time. I am already looking at alternative solutions as this tool is no longer reliable for my business. Tried everything! Was there a new update to the app? Thank you! Update: it's been one year and we can ONLY use the lite version. This is super disappointing given that we bought 2 printers to start! New updates keeps crashing!
